Key Responsibilities

As an HHA, you will:

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, and dressing.

• Help residents transfer and move safely.

• Assist residents with meals and daily activities.

• Provide toileting and incontinence care.

• Support residents’ comfort, dignity, and well-being.

• Follow care plans and facility policies.

• Communicate residents’ needs or changes in condition to the appropriate staff.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

HHA Qualifications & Skills

• Current Home Health Aide (HHA) certification recognized by the New Jersey Department of Health.

• Compassionate and respectful approach to resident care.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to assist residents with daily living activities.

• Commitment to resident safety, dignity, and quality care.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
