About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Weekend Charge Nurse (LVN/RN) to join our team at Bedford Wellness and Rehabilitation Center. As a Weekend Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, providing high-quality patient care, and ensuring a warm and caring environment for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, including managing staffing, coordinating patient care, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other medical treatments as needed

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient

• Monitor and report patient progress, including documenting patient data and communicating with physicians and family members

• Maintain accurate records and reports, including incident reports, medication records, and patient data

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure continuous improvement in patient care and services
