Social Worker

Homestead Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is a 128 Bed sub-acute and long-term care facility.  We are seeking a full-time social worker to provide services to meet the social and/or emotional needs of the residents.

Must have excellent verbal and communication skills to effectively communicate with residents, families and team members.

• SNF/LTC experience and knowledgeable with federal and state regulations

• LICENSE:   Must have valid CSW License in NJ
