River Haven Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a Skilled Nursing Charge Nurse to join our team for a 12-hour day shift.

Located in the heart of Paducah, River Haven is a 103-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility focused on providing compassionate, high-quality care to our residents.

Charge Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee quality nursing care for residents

• Lead and support nursing staff during your shift

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Monitor residents' conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status

• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, residents, and interdisciplinary team members

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life

• Serve as a clinical leader and resource for the nursing team

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN/LVN license in the state of Kentucky

• Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred

• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills

• Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care

• Ability to work a 12-hour day shift
