Housekeeping Aide

Schedule: Full-time day and Evening shifts

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Aide to help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents. The Housekeeping Aide will be responsible for cleaning resident rooms, common areas, and other areas of the facility while following established sanitation and safety procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, offices, and other assigned areas

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and perform other routine cleaning duties

• Empty trash and dispose of waste appropriately

• Replenish cleaning and bathroom supplies as needed

• Follow proper infection control, sanitation, and safety procedures

• Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or other concerns to the appropriate supervisor

• Handle cleaning products and equipment safely

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff

Qualifications:

• Provide cleaning services in accordance with facility policies and procedures and consistent with state and federal laws and regulations to maintain an environment that enhances the quality of life for residents

• Must have good attendance

• Must be comfortable working around elderly residents and in a healthcare environment
