We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team as a Van Driver. As a valued member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing warm and individualized care to our residents while safely transporting them to appointments and outings.

About the Role:

As a CNA Van Driver, you will be responsible for:

Safely transporting residents to and from appointments, outings, and activities

Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) during transportation, including transfers and ambulation

Providing compassionate and respectful care to residents, adhering to our organization's values and mission

Maintaining accurate records of transportation activities and resident care

Collaborating with the care team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of resident care

Participating in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry best practices

Requirements:

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to lift and transfer residents as needed

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
