Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory management: Manage and track supplies, including ordering, receiving, and storing them efficiently to meet the needs of our patients and staff.
• Coordinate with departments: Collaborate with other departments, such as nursing, therapy, and dietary, to ensure timely delivery of supplies and equipment.
• Maintain a safe and organized environment: Ensure that all supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained, and that the supply area is clean and well-organized.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives: Contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply management systems.
• Maintain confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and respect, adhering to all HIPAA regulations.
