In this important role, you’ll help keep our facility running smoothly by ensuring our clinical teams have the supplies they need while also coordinating and scheduling resident transportation for appointments and other healthcare needs.

What You'll Do:

• Receive, stock, organize, and inventory medical and facility supplies

• Distribute supplies to nursing units and departments

• Monitor supply usage and maintain appropriate inventory levels

• Assist with ordering supplies and coordinating with vendors

• Maintain accurate inventory and supply records

• Coordinate and schedule resident transportation for medical appointments and other approved healthcare needs

• Communicate transportation schedules with residents, families, nursing staff, transportation providers, and other appropriate team members

• Confirm transportation arrangements and assist with changes or cancellations as needed

• Maintain accurate transportation schedules and documentation

• Help ensure residents arrive at scheduled appointments safely and on time

• Ensure compliance with facility policies and applicable regulatory standards

• Work closely with nursing, administration, and other departments to support

  daily facility operations

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Previous supply, inventory, scheduling, or administrative experience preferred

• Healthcare, skilled nursing, or long-term care experience is a plus

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities

• Basic computer and data-entry skills

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Dependable, proactive, and comfortable working independently

• Team player who enjoys supporting residents and coworkers
