What You’ll Do

As a CNA at Fountain View, you’ll be an essential part of our nursing team, providing hands-on care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living

• Provide personal care and assistance with mobility

• Assist residents with meals and other daily needs

• Answer call lights and respond promptly to resident requests

• Observe residents and report changes or concerns to the nursing team

• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable resident environment

• Work closely with nurses and other members of the care team

• Treat every resident with dignity, kindness, compassion, and respect

What We’re Looking For

• Current CNA certification

• Compassionate and resident-focused attitude

• Dependable and professional

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
