CNA/HHA/PCA Caregiver - $20 to $23/Hour

SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently seeking qualified and compassionate CNA, HHA, and PCA caregivers in Needham, MA. Your Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene

• Help clients with walking, transfers, and everyday mobility

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary

• Provide companionship and encourage social interaction

• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe and welcoming home

• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines

• Keep the care team informed of changes in clients' conditions or needs

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

• Compassionate, patient, and responsible

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working independently in clients' homes

• Dependable and committed to scheduled shifts

• Complete vaccination records preferred
