About the Role:

As a RN Dementia Unit Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our dementia care unit, ensuring that our residents receive exceptional care and support. Your expertise will enable you to:

• Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident

• Supervise and mentor a team of caregivers to ensure that our high standards of care are met

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and improve resident outcomes

• Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Demonstrate Envive's Values to our residents, family members, customers, and staff

• Hold a current RN License

• Two years professional nursing experience in long-term care, acute care, restorative care, or geriatric nursing setting

• Knowledge of the Federal and State Regulations for Long Term Care

• Knowledge of current laws and regulations that influence provision of care and services in nursing facilities
