About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide physical therapy services to our residents, including assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation planning. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to each resident's unique needs and goals.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess residents' physical function, mobility, and strength

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function

• Conduct physical therapy sessions, including exercises, stretching, and other interventions

• Monitor and record residents' progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

• Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and interdisciplinary team members
