Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, in a manner that promotes independence and dignity
• Provide personalized care and support to patients with complex medical needs, including those with neurological impairments
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient care and progress
• Participate in the development and implementation of treatment plans and interventions
• Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families

About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant 7 to 3, you will be an integral part of our interdisciplinary team, working closely with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care. Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of New Jersey
