• Developing and implementing individualized occupational therapy plans to address patients' needs

• Providing hands-on therapy and treatment to improve patients' functioning and independence

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
