What You'll Do:

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized speech therapy treatment plans.

• Provide skilled speech-language therapy services to address communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.

• Help residents improve speech, language, memory, cognition, and swallowing function.

• Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members.

• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.

• Help residents achieve their highest possible level of function and quality of life.

What We're Looking For:

• Current Indiana Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license.

• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred.

• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A passion for helping seniors maintain independence and improve their quality of life.
