Human Resources Director - Skilled Nursing

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 annually

A growing healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to oversee HR operations at a skilled nursing facility. This role will lead recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and employee engagement while partnering with facility leadership to support staffing and retention goals.

Requirements:

• Previous HR management experience; skilled nursing facility preferred.

• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

• Experience with recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
