Travel to patients' facilities and other designated locations to perform blood draws.

Verify patient identity and laboratory orders before collecting specimens.

Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection.

Properly label, process, package, and transport specimens to designated laboratories.

Maintain accurate patient records and collection documentation.

Follow infection control procedures, safety protocols, and HIPAA privacy guidelines.

Provide excellent customer service and help patients feel comfortable during the collection process.

Maintain phlebotomy supplies and ensure equipment is clean and properly stocked.

Manage appointment schedules and arrive promptly for scheduled visits.

Communicate professionally with patients, healthcare providers, and laboratory staff.
