Berkeley Health and Rehab is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team! Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee nursing care in accordance with physician orders, resident care plans, and facility policies.

• Conduct nursing assessments and monitor residents for changes in condition.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Coordinate resident care with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals.

• Develop, implement, and update individualized resident care plans.

• Supervise, guide, and support LPNs and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).

• Respond to changes in residents' conditions and provide appropriate nursing interventions.

• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Promote residents' dignity, comfort, safety, and overall well-being.

• Maintain compliance with infection control standards and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license required.

• Previous experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.

• Strong clinical, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.

• Compassionate approach to resident care and commitment to quality service.

Schedule

• AM Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• PM Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• NOC Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Rotating weekends required
