Job Summary:

At Dimensions Living Monroe, we're seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team! As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our senior living community. If you're passionate about creating warm and welcoming environments, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Keep it Clean & Cozy: Clean resident apartments and common areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces; Dust, vacuum, mop, and disinfect surfaces to ensure a healthy and pleasant environment; Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, and folding linens and personal clothing; Restock housekeeping supplies and keep storage areas neat and organized.

• Support Resident Well-Being: Help maintain a clean and safe environment to reduce health risks and improve quality of life; Follow resident schedules and preferences when performing services to promote comfort and satisfaction; Alert leadership to maintenance concerns or safety hazards you notice during your rounds.

• Be a Team Player: Collaborate with care staff and other departments to meet resident needs; Step in to assist during special events, seasonal deep cleans, or when a teammate needs a hand; Treat residents and coworkers with kindness, dignity, and respect at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required; Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning protocols; Positive attitude and excellent time management skills; Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and carry throughout a full shift; Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and use housekeeping equipment safely; Willingness to complete required training and safety certifications upon hire.
