Social Media Manager

Alliance Health Group is hiring a Social Media Manager for our corporate office in Valley Stream, NY. We support a growing family of skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities with a resident-centered, people-first culture, and the Social Media Manager is the person who shows that story to the world.

As our Social Media Manager, you will take the photos our nursing home facilities send in and turn them into polished posts for each facility’s own pages. The Social Media Manager reports to a senior leader in the social media department, so you will have real support and room to grow.

Social Media Manager Duties

• Turn photos sent by our skilled nursing facilities (SNF) into engaging posts

• Post to and manage each facility’s individual social media pages

• Push social media strategy forward across all facilities

• Work with the department’s senior lead on content and campaigns

• Help manage facility websites (training provided on the job)

Social Media Manager Compensation and Schedule

• Pay: $50,000 to $55,000 per year

• Full-time

• In person in Valley Stream, NY

Social Media Manager Qualifications

• Experience as a Social Media Manager, Social Media Coordinator, or similar role managing social media pages for a business or brand

• Website experience is not required; we will train
