About the Role:

As a trusted caregiver, you will provide non-medical support services to our clients, including:

• Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Managing medication schedules and providing companionship
• Preparing nutritious meals and light housekeeping
• Assisting with mobility and transfers
• Providing emotional support and engaging in social activities
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting to our care coordination team

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care to our clients, prioritizing their dignity and well-being
• Collaborate with our care coordination team to ensure seamless support and communication
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year of experience in senior care or a related field
• Reliable transportation or a valid driver's license and vehicle
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor
