The role

The Recruiter finds and hires the people who make Relief work. You will own the hiring process from first contact to first day, for clinical and non-clinical roles across our clinics.

You will source candidates, screen them, schedule interviews with hiring managers, manage background checks and drug screens, and help new hires get started at orientation. You will be the first impression many candidates have of Relief.

What you'll do

Find great candidates

• Actively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, schools and professional networks.

• Write and post clear, on-brand job listings.

• Build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, including psychiatric providers, nurses, therapists and TMS technicians.

• Represent Relief at career fairs and community events.

Screen and qualify

• Review applications and run phone screens to assess fit, experience and licensure.

• Verify licenses and certifications for clinical candidates.

• Share candidate summaries and recommendations with hiring managers.

Coordinate interviews

• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Prepare managers with interview guides and candidate materials.

• Collect feedback and keep candidates updated at every step.

• Help extend offers and answer candidate questions.

Onboard new hires

• Coordinate background checks and drug screenings, and track results to completion.

• Collect and manage new hire paperwork.

• Help plan and lead new hire orientation.

• Make sure each new hire is ready for day one.

Keep it running

• Keep candidate records current in our applicant tracking system.

• Track and report hiring metrics, such as time to fill and source of hire.

• Follow employment laws and Relief policies throughout the process.

What you bring

Required

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

• Experience sourcing candidates directly, not only posting and waiting.

• Strong organization and the ability to manage many open roles at once.

• Clear, warm communication by phone, email and in person.

• Comfort with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

• Discretion with confidential candidate and employee information.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or a related field.

• Healthcare or behavioral health recruiting experience.

• Experience recruiting licensed clinical staff, such as psychiatric providers, nurses and therapists.

• Experience coordinating background checks, drug screens and onboarding.

• Multi-state or multi-site recruiting experience.

• SHRM-CP, PHR or AIRS certification.
