Front Desk Clerk - OrderID: 5355

We are working with various not for profit organizations in the Bronx and Manhattan who are seeking front desk clerks on temporary basis for various shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor residents entering and leaving the building, including sign-in/out log for guests, vendors aides, etc.

• Answer phones, and complete daily logs.

• Respond to emergency calls from resident rooms, relay requests to appropriate staff and/or implement emergency procedures as needed.

Requirements:

• Must have good communication skills 

• Professional Demeanor

• Customer Service Skills

• Experience working with the vulnerable population is a plus
