Office Administrator – Right at Home Greater New Orleans & Westbank

Right at Home Greater New Orleans & Westbank is a new, locally owned home care agency, and we’re looking for an Office Administrator to help launch and lead our office. What you’ll do

• Manage daily office operations so the agency runs smoothly, profitably, and in compliance with Louisiana regulations

• Recruit, onboard, train, and retain caregivers and office staff

• Maintain accurate personnel and client records, and keep policies and procedures current

• Oversee client and caregiver satisfaction, and resolve concerns quickly and professionally

• Support the annual budget and track expenses

• Help carry out sales and marketing plans to grow our client base and referral partnerships

• Share on-call coverage outside normal office hours

What you’ll bring

• High school diploma or equivalent, or at least 3 years of related experience

• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and use sound judgment

• Comfort with computers, scheduling, and recordkeeping

• Availability for on-call duty as needed

Preferred

• Experience in home care, healthcare, or another service business

• Supervisory, recruiting, or sales experience
