About the Role:

As a Weekend Warrior CNA 1, you will provide high-quality patient care on our weekends while working closely with our interdisciplinary team. Your expertise will be invaluable in creating individualized care plans, assisting with daily living activities, and promoting a positive and supportive environment for our residents and patients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting

• Assist with daily living activities, such as medication management and mobility exercises

• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents and patients

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and effective care delivery

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and progress

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Maryland Board of Nursing CNA1 active certification

• Previous experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred

• Ability to work weekends and varying shifts

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
