Job Summary:
We are seeking a Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using positive reinforcement to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors. As an RBT, you will work with children on the autism spectrum, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to help them thrive.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions to children on the autism spectrum
• Teach play skills, social skills, and self-help skills
• Document session outcomes and provide behavior support within group settings
• Work collaboratively with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
