We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team at Green Palms Management in Warren, MI. As a Speech Language Pathologist with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, providing expert care and guidance to individuals with communication and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with communication and swallowing disorders

• Provide speech and language therapy services to patients, including individuals with neurological, developmental, and cognitive disorders

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans

• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient outcomes

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology

• Clinical Fellowship (CF) completion or certification (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)

• Valid Michigan State License

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong knowledge of speech and language pathology theories and practices
