• Provide direct patient care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assist with mobilization, transfers, and ambulation of residents as needed

• Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff

• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
