Green Palms Management is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in Warren, MI. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Physician, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Participate in multidisciplinary conferences and patient education sessions

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatments

• Promote a safe and clean environment for patients, families, and staff

• Respond promptly to patient needs and concerns, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the State of Michigan

• Minimum 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting (new graduates welcome to apply)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
