Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Serving Arkansas Clients

Springboard ABA is a growing ABA therapy company providing personalized in-home and in-school services to children across Arkansas. We’re looking for a passionate, dedicated remote BCBA to join our team and provide telehealth supervision and parent training for clients in the Little Rock, Conway, and surrounding Central Arkansas areas.

BCBA Compensation:

• Salaried track: $85,000 – $95,000 per year, based on experience and caseload

• Hourly track: start at $80/hour for your first 2 clients, earn an automatic rate increase at 4 clients, and get another increase for every 2 additional clients

• Performance-based bonus opportunities

BCBA Responsibilities:

• Provide live telehealth supervision to RBTs delivering in-home and in-school ABA services

• Deliver parent and caregiver training through virtual sessions

• Review session data, monitor client progress, and adjust programming as needed

• Coach RBTs through feedback, modeling, and regular virtual check-ins

• Ensure documentation and services meet clinical, payer, and compliance standards

BCBA Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification (required)

• Experience in ABA therapy (telehealth or remote supervision experience a plus)

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Reliable internet and a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace

• Commitment to client-centered care and teamwork

Location:

• Remote, with work done from home

• Clients located in Little Rock, Conway, and surrounding Central Arkansas areas

• Our local RBT team delivers in-person services, with BCBA oversight through telehealth
