What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and manage recruitment activities, including developing and executing recruiting plans

• Build and maintain relationships through industry contacts, professional associations, trade groups, and employee referrals

• Support hiring efforts through networking and ongoing recruitment outreach

• Perform administrative duties and maintain accurate HR records and documentation

• Process bi-weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely completion

• Review and update team member timecards and resolve discrepancies as needed

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Previous HR, recruiting, or payroll experience preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and administrative skills

• Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members

• Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to support a variety of HR functions

• Excellent attendance and reliability
