About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist at Spring Creek Rehab, you will be responsible for:

• Evaluating and treating patients with a variety of conditions and injuries, including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiovascular disorders

• Developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams

• Providing education and training to patients and caregivers on proper techniques and exercises

• Maintaining accurate records and reporting patient progress to healthcare teams

• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate patient care and develop treatment plans

Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical therapy evaluations and assessments to determine patient needs

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals

• Provide physical therapy interventions, including exercises, stretching, and strengthening

• Use advanced treatment modalities, such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and cold laser therapy

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

• Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure quality patient care

Requirements:

• Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Kentucky

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
