We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Med Tech to join our team and help us deliver exceptional care to our residents. As a Med Tech at Roxboro Assisted Living, you'll have the opportunity to work flexibly, either from 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am, and make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct vital signs and document observations accurately

• Administer medications and treatments as directed by the medical team

• Assist with bedside care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents

• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

Ideal Candidate:

• Has a strong passion for delivering high-quality care to seniors

• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Is flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends

• Is willing to learn and grow with our organization
