About the Role:

As a PCA, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, helping them to live their best lives. Your duties will include:

• Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Accompanying residents on outings and engaging in recreational activities

• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents

• Communicating with residents, families, and staff to ensure seamless care and support

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and ambulating

• Assist with medication management and vital sign monitoring

• Participate in resident care planning and implement care plans as directed

• Report any changes in resident condition or behavior to the nursing staff
