Salaried: $91K- $104K/year (based on experience and licensure)

RN/ LPN Evening Nurse Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage nursing staff to ensure high-quality care.

• Conduct assessments and develop care plans for residents.

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Mentor and support nursing staff, fostering a positive work environment.

• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

RN/ LPN Evening Nurse Supervisor Qualifications:

• Current Active/ Valid NJ LPN/ RN license is a MUST

• High School Diploma

• Nurse Supervisory experience is a MUST

• Minimum of 2 years of LTC nursing experience is a MUST

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Compassionate and patient-focused approach.

• Computer Savvy

• PCC experience
