Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) $3,000 Sign on Bonus

Golden Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is now hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistants to provide direct resident care and assists residents with activities of daily living while promoting comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

• Full-Time 7A-3P: $1,500 Sign-On Bonus

• Full-Time 3P-11P: $3,000 Sign-On Bonus

• Full-Time 11P-7A: $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

Qualifications

-Current CNA certification in good standing.

-Long-term care experience preferred, but new CNAs are encouraged to apply.

-Strong communication and teamwork skills.

-Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.

Responsibilities

-Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

-Help residents with mobility, transfers, and daily activities.

-Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.

-Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.

-Ensure residents receive compassionate and respectful care.

-Follow all facility policies and infection control procedures.
