Right at Home Cleveland West is hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) to help clients with personal care and daily routines in their homes. If you have hands-on caregiving experience and enjoy helping people stay comfortable and independent at home, we’d like to meet you.

Walk-In Interviews

• Date — Thursday, November 12, 2026

• Time — 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM

$300 Sign-On Bonus

New hires earn a $300 sign-on bonus after completing both 90 days of employment and 120 hours of service worked.

What You’ll Do

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

• Help with walking and transfers according to each client’s care plan.

• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.

• Document the care you provide and report changes or concerns to the office.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous home health aide or hands-on caregiving experience.

• A valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle.

• Dependability, clear communication, and respect for each client’s privacy and preferences.
