Right at Home Cleveland West is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. You’ll help individuals build daily living skills, make choices about their routines, and take part in activities that matter to them.

Walk-In Interviews

• Time — 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM

$300 Sign-On Bonus

New hires earn a $300 sign-on bonus after completing both 90 days of employment and 120 hours of service worked.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with personal care, meal preparation, transportation, and household tasks based on each individual’s needs and preferences.

• Help individuals practice daily living skills and make their own choices.

• Support participation in community outings, errands, and activities.

• Follow each individual’s service plan, document the support you provide, and report changes or concerns to the office.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous caregiving or direct support experience. Experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities is preferred.

• A valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle.

• Reliability, clear communication, and a respectful approach to supporting each individual.
