About the Role:

As a Companion Caregiver with Upscale Home Care, you will provide non-medical companionship and support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and dignity. This may include activities such as:

• Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Accompanying clients on outings and engaging in enjoyable activities

• Providing emotional support and companionship

• Helping with light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Assisting with medication reminders and scheduling appointments

Responsibilities:

• Companion Caregivers will work in a variety of settings, including private homes, assisted living facilities, and memory care communities

• You will work closely with our team of experienced caregivers to develop personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client

• Regularly communicate with clients and their families to ensure high-quality care and maintain open lines of communication

• Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in a caregiving role (or related field)

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work weekends.

• Reliable transportation or valid driver's license and vehicle
