As a Graveyard Shift - Charge Nurse at Avir at Lomaland, you will play a vital role in leading our nursing team during the night shift, from 10p to 6am. As a charge nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and clinical aspects of patient care, ensuring that our high standards of quality and safety are met.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team during the graveyard shift, ensuring effective communication and collaboration

• Coordinate and prioritize patient care, ensuring timely and efficient treatment

• Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions as needed

• Manage and supervise the nursing team, providing feedback and coaching as necessary

• Collaborate with other departments, including physicians, therapists, and support staff, to ensure seamless patient care

• Monitor and maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of Texas

• No experience needed. Training will be provided.

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

• Strong knowledge of nursing protocols and regulations
