Shift: 2nd shift 4pm-12am Monday-Friday

Job Description

• Manage complete medical intake process to ensure a seamless transition into treatment

• Complete all nursing shift duties.

• Coordinate pharmacy and prescription needs, dispense medication accurately logging medication

• Collaborate with extended medical, clinical and UR teams for total coordination of care

• Ensure complete, timely and accurate medical documentation

Qualifications

• Current LPN license for Indiana

• Current CPR card

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Detail-oriented, with ability to multitask and work efficiently

• Compassionate and dignified character which models recovery principles
