Every dressing change, every meal, every bit of comfort our residents receive depends on having the right supplies in the right place at the right time. As our Central Supply Clerk, you’ll be the person who makes that happen. It’s a behind-the-scenes role with a front-line impact, and our nurses and staff will count on you every day.

What You’ll Do

• Order, receive, stock, and distribute medical and general supplies throughout the facility.

• Keep a close eye on inventory levels and conduct regular counts so we never run short.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and clearly labeled supply area.

• Work with vendors on orders, deliveries, and pricing.

• Track how supplies are used and help find ways to control costs.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience in scheduling, inventory, or supply chain preferred; healthcare experience is a plus.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.

• Comfort with computers, spreadsheets, and scheduling software.

• A clear, friendly communicator who works well with all kinds of people.

• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stay on your feet as needed.
