Complete Care is hiring experienced Weekend LPN (Daytime) Nurse Supervisor for per-diem, 12-hour shifts.

LPN Weekend Nurse Supervisor Open Position:

• Weekend Day Nurse Supervisor: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM

• Schedule: Every weekend or every other weekend

• Status: Per Diem

LPN Weekend Nurse Supervisor Compensation:

• LPN Licensure: $39-$41/hr.

Weekend LPN (Daytime) Nurse Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support CNAs, LPNs, and RNs

• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to promote excellent patient outcomes

• Oversee clinical operations and mentor staff

• Lead with empathy, professionalism, and a positive attitude

• Serve as a calm, effective problem-solver for staff and residents

Weekend LPN (Daytime) Nurse Supervisor Qualifications:

• Valid, active NJ LPN license required

• LTC experience required

• Previous supervisory experience required

• Reliable, communicative, dedicated, and hardworking

• Strong team player with effective coaching and leadership skills

• PointClickCare experience

• Computer proficient
