Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree required

• Previous Human Resources Management experience required

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain the confidentiality of all employee information in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and facility policies.

• Review employment applications and ensure all required background checks and pre-employment screenings are completed.

• Coordinate interviews with department directors and assist with the hiring and onboarding process.

• Ensure qualified candidates are properly interviewed, trained, and successfully integrated into the facility.

• Work closely with department directors to assess staffing needs, address personnel concerns, and identify opportunities to improve departmental operations.

• Develop, implement, and maintain organized personnel files and recordkeeping systems in compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
