One Step Forward's center in Forked River is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), part time, for weekday after school hours.

What You'll Do as Our BCBA

• Write and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and set measurable goals

• Provide protocol modification and day to day clinical supervision

• Train and support the ABA Therapists / Behavior Technicians on your cases

• Use session data to drive treatment decisions and program updates

• Lead parent and caregiver training

• Coordinate with families and the treatment team

• Keep clinical documentation accurate and on time

• Ensure services meet clinical and payer requirements

What You'll Bring

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

• Current New Jersey Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism or developmental disabilities

• Experience supervising ABA Therapists / Behavior Technicians

• Strong clinical judgment and clear communication

• A collaborative approach with families, therapists and the clinical team

• Dependability and a consistent schedule
