As the administrator of our skilled nursing facility, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facility. You will work closely with our medical staff, nursing team, and other support staff to ensure that our residents' needs are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to our healthcare team, including medical staff, nursing staff, and support staff

• Oversee the daily operations of the facility, including budgeting, staffing, and quality improvement initiatives

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including surveys and inspections

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve resident care and satisfaction

• Collaborate with our medical staff to develop and implement resident care plans

• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and open communication

Requirements:

• Current RN or LPN license to practice in the state of Massachusetts

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a long-term care setting

• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in directing a healthcare team
