What you'll do:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and write individualized treatment plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disorders

• Oversee and supervise ABA sessions, adjusting plans to meet each child's needs

• Partner with parents and caregivers so strategies carry over across home, school, and community

• Track progress and use data to guide treatment and improve outcomes

• Stay current on best practices through ongoing training

What you'll need:

• Active BCBA certification

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field

• A passion for helping children and families thrive
