RBT (Aggressive High Intensity Case)

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Greensboro, NC
$22–$30 per hour | Yes ABA Therapy

Yes ABA Therapy is seeking an experienced RBT to provide one-on-one ABA services for a client with intensive behavioral needs, including significant physical aggression.

This role requires someone with demonstrated experience managing aggressive behaviors who can remain calm and respond safely during challenging sessions. Applicants must be comfortable working with this level of behavioral intensity and consistently following the supervising BCBA’s behavior and safety plans.

What you’ll do

• Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.

• Help the client develop communication, coping, and daily living skills.

• Follow approved de-escalation strategies and safety procedures.

• Collect accurate data, complete session notes, and communicate progress and concerns.

What we’re looking for

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

• Experience working directly with clients who exhibit significant physical aggression.

• Patience, sound judgment, and strong communication skills.

• Ability to follow safety protocols and respond within your training and scope.
