About the Role:

Physical Therapy Assistant- PRN at The Springs of Avalon will work under the supervision of our licensed physical therapists to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As a PRN PTA, you will:

• Assist physical therapists in the implementation of patient treatment plans, including exercising, stretching, and strengthening exercises

• Conduct treatments, such as physical therapy modalities, gait and balance training, and assistive devices training

• Monitor patient progress, report changes, and make recommendations for modifications to treatment plans

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatments and progress

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements:

• 0 years of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

• Associate of Science in Physical Therapy Assisting

• Current PTA license in the state of Arkansas

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Basic computer skills and ability to operate electronic medical records
