Complete Care at Berkshire is seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our 130-bed skilled nursing facility in Reading, PA.

With a 4-star overall CMS rating, our facility is committed to providing quality resident care and maintaining a supportive environment for both residents and staff. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can build strong teams, drive operational success, and maintain high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring quality care and regulatory compliance.

• Lead, mentor, and support department leaders and staff.

• Drive census growth, financial performance, and operational efficiency.

• Maintain survey readiness and compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Nursing Home Administrator license required.
